Discovery calls with Legacy Growth Media are free. This refund policy applies to any paid products or services we may offer.
Paid marketing engagements are governed by the terms of the client agreement for that engagement, including its billing and cancellation provisions.
Consulting engagements are billed by the session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing delivery of a service you purchased, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
